A medical certificate if the circumstances of death are natural.

Authorization from the prosecutor if the circumstances of death are unnatural.
Service phases :
The deadline for registration is 3 days:

The parent of the deceased or any person able to give exact information on the civil status.

The directors of hospitals or clinics where the death occurred, and this within 24 hours after death.

The prison's director: immediately done action.

The police officer where death following a violent or suspicious circumstances, the act must be done immediately.

Only the holder of the note, his ancestors or lineal descendants,his spouse neither divorced nor separated, or his guardian or legal representative if a minor or disabled, or the prosecutor may have a single copy or extract acts of civil status (birth, marriage, death). A judge's authorization is required for any other person.
