The applicant for this benefit must submit to service agents Vital :
- An original copy of each certification.
-The applicant's identity.

These are necessarily required to ensure full compliance of the original copy.

When it comes to foreign language not commonly used by the authority concerned, the person requesting the service would be required to submit a document translated by a translator on the list of sworn translators in order to include a summary of its contents register for that purpose.
